Description
A murder investigation has been launched after a man was killed in Walworth.
Police were called at approximately 17:00hrs on Wednesday, 26 September, to Thurlow Street with the junction of Beaconsfield Road on the Aylesbury Estate, SE17 following reports of an assault.
Officers, LAS and London's Air Ambulance attended. Two men were discovered suffering from stab wounds and were both taken to a south London hospital.
Victim 1, an 18-year-old man, was treated at hospital and has since been discharged.
Victim 2, a 21-year-old man was taken to a south London hospital but died soon after. A post-mortem examination and formal identification will take place in due course. Next of kin have been informed.
At 16.50hrs on the same day, officers were called to Old Kent Road, SE1 following reports of a 20-year-old man (victim 3) having been stabbed.
Officers and LAS attended. Victim 3 was taken to a south London hospital and he also been discharged.

An incident room in Sutton has opened under Detective Chief Inspector Amanda Hargreaves of the Metropolitan Police's Homicide and Serious Crime Command (HSCC).

Three males, [A - aged 27, B - aged 21, C - aged 20] have been arrested in connection with this incident and remain in custody at separate south London police stations.
