Description
Police are appealing for a witness to come forward who chased off a man attacking a woman.
At 04:45hrs on Monday, 20 February a 19-year-old woman was pushed to the ground from behind by a male suspect in Beaconsfield Road N15.
There was a struggle until the suspect was disturbed by a male passer-by who was walking down the street towards West Green Road.
The man chased the suspect left into West Green Road but it's not clear what happened next.
Officers are appealing for the witness to please come forward, or anyone else who saw what happened.
The suspect is described as black, in his late 20s and wearing a dark jacket with a hood attached or underneath and a baseball cap.
