Step 1: Complete an application form

Step 2: Selection Centre
If you have a disability e.g. a specific learning difficulty, reasonable adjustments will be considered for the selection process.
If your application passes an initial assessment, you’ll be invited to our MPS selection centre in West Brompton for Day 1 of the selection process. This involves two written tests, an interview and two interactive role plays.
If successful, you’ll be invited to attend Day 2, involving a medical assessment and Job Related Fitness Test.
Step 3: Health, Security & References check
Almost there! If you perform well at the Selection Centre, you’ll be recommended for appointment – subject to checks on security status and references.
