Haringey is a vibrant, diverse borough benefiting from a variety of popular shopping and entertainment districts, excellent transport links and more than 600 acres of parks and open spaces, including Alexandra Palace, the birth place of television, and Finsbury Park. Haringey Police has strong links with the community, local authority and other partner agencies, working with them to find long-term solutions to tackle crime and antisocial behaviour at a local level.
In 2014 we had many presents kindly donated by the public helping to provide presents to children who may otherwise not have received one last Christmas. This year we aim to help even more children get a gift this Christmas.
