March and Rally

Description
There will be an organised march and rally which will impact traffic flows around Central London on Thursday 10th May 2012. There will be a number of road closures and restrictions around Westminster.
The form-up point will be Millbank SW1. The march will then move-off northbound > Horseferry Road > Marsham Street > Great Smith Street > Broad Sanctuary > Parliament Square > Parliament Street > Whitehall > Cockspur Street > Pall Mall > Waterloo Place where a rally will be held.
