Woman charged after incident in Eltham

Elaine Joyner - (dob 12.09.59 - 53 yrs) of Vaughan Williams Close, Deptford was charged today (Saturday, 15 September) with administering a noxious substance with intent to endanger life.
She will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court this morning (15 September).
