Employer Supported Policing (ESP)
ESP is a simple but powerful partnership: employers support their staff to train and patrol as Employer Supported Special Constables (volunteer police officers). Once trained, they carry out patrols in areas across the capital during some of their usual working hours and some of their own time. They're fully uniformed and they have the backup of full-time police officers, to tackle crime head-on and provide reassurance to the public. When they're in their day jobs, they can use all the training, skills, experience and confidence to make an impact there too.

As an employer, your involvement is vitally important to the success of Employer Supported Policing for your organisation and staff, and the police and public.
Apply to join Employer Supported Policing as a Special Constable, and after four and a half weeks of training, you'll have all the powers of the regular police.
