Overseas Visitors Records Office
From 1st September 2014 OVRO will be relocating to its new premises at: Overseas Visitors Records Office, 323 Borough High Street, London, SE1 1JL
The OVRO at Brandon House will be closed all day on Friday 29th August 2014. We will re-open at our new location on 1st September 2014 at 9.00am.
Please ensure you bring the correct documentation with you when you attend or you could have a wasted journey.

Although every effort will be made to ensure we remain open between 09.00-4.00pm, there may be occasions when we will have to close at very short notice. Please check this website before you attend this office for the documents you will require in order to register and for closure updates as this could save you time.
How to register
It is important you follow this advice when registering with us. When you visit our office it is essential that you bring all the required documentation.
After registering with the police
When you register with the police you will be issued a Police Registration Certificate (PRC). Changes to your address must only be reported to your local police station. All other changes must be reported to OVRO
