Met Police Volunteers
- Met Police Volunteers
You don’t have to be on the front line of policing to be there for London. Thousands of people across the capital are already doing a huge amount to help support and protect our great city.
Met Police Volunteers are placed in office-based and non-operational roles to help us to deliver a better service to the public, while strengthening our invaluable links with the community. Whether it’s supporting officers in Neighbourhood Policing Teams, improving standards of witness care or providing enhanced levels of customer service and helping the public at police stations - there are many ways to be there for London as a Met Police Volunteer.
Volunteering can help enrich your social life and enable you to brush up or maintain your existing skills. And, above all, by giving back to your community and keeping our city safe, it can give you a real sense of achievement.
